TIMES WHEN YOU STEPPED OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE

After officially signing off as an SPM 2024/2025 student, there are many things that wanted to do as I've already written in my wishlist. I mean, it wasn't like I really jot it down on a paper, it is just a promise that I had in my mind once the exams were over. So, you all might be wondering, "what is the promise?". Just like I said there are many things, however one of them that I took seriously was sleep. Yes, it's sleep. Let's be for real here, we all love to sleep. Even without waiting for the exams to end, we've already fell in love with it, right?

Without further ado, let's see if stepping out of my comfort zone has changed me. So, after exams day, me and my bed were like a magnet that will never apart. You all might think I only slept for 1 until 2 hours in the morning. But, it's totally incorrect. Shy to say, I slept for more than 2 hours. Almost everyday. That's only if I don't have any chores to do. I am normal and I still did the chores.

After I got into a college in KPTM Kota Bharu, slowly I tried to step out of the most favourite comfort zone that I have been living in. However, never mind, because not all comfort zones are good or beneficial for us. Phrase of comfort zone may sound like a good habit. But sometimes, no. We don't even realize when our comfort zone starts to take over until we can't bring ourselves to leave it.

Starting from Week 1, which I start to register myself physically in the college. I have set the intentions and rules to avoid sleeping a lot. So that, I won't be feeling groggy in the morning before and during the classes. Moreover, I want to avoid oversleeping. The question here is, "how do I avoid the feeling of grogginess and oversleeping in the morning?". Every morning, if I had a class, I will make sure I don't go back to sleep. I know that when I start to lie back and fall asleep, this is where my daily schedule that I set to be effective starting to mess up. Overall, that's the first comfort zone that I struggled to step out.
